Overview of some of the work we can do for you.

Old alternator out, wire new alternator to acb, fit alternator to engine, wire engine to alternator acb, load test. Jobs a good one.

Customers engine was not reaching temperature,  we diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. Our suspicious were correct and a lot worse than we thought. Engine coolant system and radiator was flushed 9 times to get rid of all the rust in the system. Topped up with antifreeze and finished with a load test to ensure the repair was in good working order.

A customer asked if we could represent them in the commissioning of their generators on a wind turbine platform.

We had 1 of our engineers being part of the power team for euro 2020 at Wembley Stadium in England.

Valve adjustment and injectors on various engines 

Fan motor error code on asco loadbank. Faulty contactor clicking on and off in quick succession. New contactor fitted and it's like brand new. 

We have some engineers that can help out with faulty temperature control equipment. We were asked to attend site on our customers behalf. This one here was locking out circuit B. We diagnosed the fault as a seized fan motor, the delivery time for the new fan motor was 1 week so we turned circuit B off in the control system so the client still had some heating on these cooler days, until the new fan arrived.
